I’ve lived in many places including Central Coast, Wilcannia, Sydney and the Southern Highlands, however after deciding to start my Bachelor’s degree, I moved to Wollongong where lam now in my final year studying to become an exercise physiologist.
Growing up, I always loved playing basketball from the age of 7, representing the Moss Vale and Shoalhaven regions.
I developed a passion for injury rehabilitation and prevention from my own personal experiences in sport, which is one of the many reasons I love working at PhysioHealth!
Highlights working at PH:
I am fortunate enough to be surrounded by such like-minded individuals that I can learn from to grow as a person and clinician in the future.
I love how positive the environment is at PhysioHealth among colleagues and patients.
Communicating and building relationships with patients.
