Exercise Physiologist

Meet Abby, an Exercise Physiologist and Lymphedema Therapist with a passion for bringing exercise oncology to all those diagnosed with cancer! She goes above and beyond to personalise her approach, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and abilities of her clients. With empathy and encouragement as her guiding principles, Abby creates a supportive atmosphere where clients can feel motivated and at ease. 

Outside of the clinic, Abby is a true enthusiast of life’s simple pleasures, finding joy and most importantly laughter in everyday things. You’ll often find her on the netball court, channeling her competitive nature and burning some of that energy up. She also loves pushing the limits in the gym and testing out her strength. Abby cherishes moments spent chatting with friends, sharing laughter and creating those unforgettable memories. 

Abby’s not just about sets and reps; she infuses each session with her infectious energy, making workouts feel like a party!

Deep breath and shift the mindset with some self-talk. My day is what I make of it.

Woolies for the online click and collect because I hate to grocery shop
