
Our Parkinson’s (PD) exercise classes are designed to help you move bigger, feel stronger, and stay confident in everyday life — all in a welcoming, supportive group environment.

We also include an education component, where we talk through practical strategies to help you manage Parkinson’s outside the clinic — from movement cues and pacing, to understanding how and why certain exercises help.

These classes are led by our experienced exercise physiology team and are suitable for people at different stages of Parkinson’s. Exercises can be adapted to suit where you’re at, and you’ll never be pushed beyond what feels right for you.
