Strength Generation

Strong Kids (Ages 6–12)

We’re passionate about helping kids build strength, confidence, and coordination in a fun and supportive environment. Designed by our Exercise Physiologists, the Strong Kids program blends exercise and education to help children improve their muscle tone, mobility, and body awareness.

Each session starts with a warm-up, followed by a kid-friendly activity circuit that’s completed at each child’s own pace. Through engaging games and movement challenges, kids learn how their bodies work, how to move safely, and how to stretch properly—all while having a great time.
Making friends, learning, and growing stronger (without even realising it) is what Strong Kids is all about!

Strong HIIT (Ages 13–18)

Strong HIIT is the next step for our older kids and teens who are ready to level up their fitness. Set in a gym-based environment, this program is designed for adolescents navigating growth and physical changes, and it focuses on strength training, injury prevention, and mental wellbeing.

Teens will learn how to use gym equipment safely and effectively, understand how training impacts their energy levels, stress, and performance, and gain confidence in their bodies.
It’s the perfect transition from childhood fitness to structured strength and conditioning.

✔ Small group classes (max 10)
✔ High School levels
✔ Builds strength, muscle tone, and self-esteem
✔ Great for kids with low tone, learning difficulties, or NDIS goals
✔ Backed by research from the AIS, Journal of Sports Health, and ASCA

Youth EP (Ages 6–18)

For kids and teens needing more tailored support, Youth EP offers fully individualised programs designed by an Exercise Physiologist. Unlike the circuit-style format of Strong Kids and Strong HIIT, each participant works on their own plan, specifically addressing their functional goals, injuries, or limitations.

These small-group sessions (max 8) still foster social connection, but allow each child to progress at their own pace with supervision and real-time technique feedback.
Ideal for those with specific rehabilitation needs or those supported by the NDIS under ‘Improved Daily Living’ or ‘Improved Health and Wellbeing’.

Youth Development (Sport-Specific Training)

This high-performance program is for young athletes who want to excel in their sport through structured, individualised strength and conditioning.

Tailored to training phases and sporting seasons, our Exercise Physiologists ensure each program balances performance gains with smart load management and injury prevention. Whether it’s off-season development or in-season maintenance, Youth Development is for those who are serious about taking their athletic ability to the next level.
