At PhysioHealth we value your time and ours. To ensure we can offer timely appointments to all clients:
When an appointment is cancelled at short notice or missed, we are unable to offer that time to another client in need. The cancellation fee is nessesary to cover the cost of the clinician’s and administration time that would otherwise go unpaid.
We appreciate your understanding and support.
The Team at PhysioHealth is committed to delivering high-quality physiotherapy and exercise physiology services in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to:

Many of our clients seek care for injuries, chronic conditions, or performance improvement. These issues often require multiple sessions and progress over time, based on individual response, consistency, and adherence to treatment plans. As such, a lack of immediate results does not mean the service was faulty or ineffective.
We are always happy to review and adjust your care plan if you have concerns, and we encourage open communication throughout your treatment journey.
Please contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days of your service) if you have any concerns or would like to request a refund so we can address promptly.
