Strong Kids

Designed for school-aged children, our Strong Kids program is perfect for both sporty and non-competitive kids alike. At Strong Kids, it’s not about competition – it’s a combination of education and exercise to help build strength, muscle tone, mobility and confidence. Through fun games and activities, kids learn about how to exercise and stretch safely, understand their muscles and parts of the body – and how it all works together!

We start with a warm up to get our bodies ready to go and then work through an activity circuit designed just for kids. Everyone completes it at their own pace and level of fitness – but in no time kids get stronger, faster and will be mastering the equipment. Making friends, having fun and learning is what Strong Kids is all about (just don’t tell them it’s educational!)

  • Focus on building strength, muscle tone, confidence and having fun
  • Ideal for kids with low muscle tone, learning difficulties or NDIS programs
  • Strong Kids program is age-appropriate and has been developed using research from the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS), the Journal of Sports Health, and the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA)
