As a kid, Tegan wanted to be a vet – but hating the sight blood she decided to take a different path. Bringing together science, sport and nutrition to help people, exercise physiology and dietetics was right up her alley.
Tegan considers exercise and nutrition as medicine. Both can play a huge factor in a patient’s rehabilitation to reduce weight and pain, regain strength after injury and increase energy. Tegan loves to help empower patients to get fitter and stronger and help to better understand food and nutrition.
