Suitable for conditions such as:

- Ankle and foot osteoarthritis
- Post operative knee/hip/foot surgery

The class runs for one hour, twice per week and takes small groups of patients recovering from injuries or surgery to the lower limb through individual exercise programs and small amounts of hands-on therapy.
Each person gets some one-on-one time from the Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist. You receive on the spot advice about exercises and progression of your program when and where it is needed. Our team can assist to release a tight muscle, if needed, to assist you to perform your exercises easier. We can even tape your knee or foot to reduce pain on bending exercises.
No GP or specialist referral is needed, as our Physiotherapists and Accredited Exercise Physiologists perform a full health screening to make sure you are safe to exercise. Although, it is advisable for some individuals to receive a clearance to exercise from their medical doctor. The participants also undertake an initial physiotherapy assessment and introduction to exercises, prior to participating in the class
