Tegan is a dual qualified Exercise Physiologist and Dietician with a Masters in Exercise Rehabilitation and Nutrition / Dietetics from the University of Wollongong.
Before joining the team at PhysioHealth Corrimal she spent three years working in a private practice in sunny Kiama. Here she specialised in exercise therapy for pain management, Parkinson’s disease and various musculoskeletal conditions, plus nutrition for IBS and weight management. Tegan also has training and experience in clinical Pilates.
Tegan has special interests in a biopsychosocial approach to pain management, healthy bowels (yep, you read right – Tegan likes to talk about bowels), paediatric nutrition and health coaching.
A self-declared nerd and movie buff, Tegan enjoys crafting, playing piano and dancing – she’s always ready to bust a move!
