Anna has been a dynamic Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist for the last 12 years. Over the last few years she has developed her interest in Cervical Spine Disorders including Primary Headache and Migraine management and has completed her Level 1 & 2 with the Watson Headache Institute. She is the driving force behind PhysioHealth’s Headache and Migraine Clinic, bringing her specific skill set and the latest evidence to maximise success in this traditionally tricky to manage area.
Anna is passionate about finding the root cause of a problem and her thorough approach to assessment and treatment reflect this. She is focused on individualised and sports specific rehabilitation that reflect her client’s personal goals, and enjoys treating a wide variety clientele from chronic conditions to elite athlete conditioning. She includes Dry Needling and Clinical Pilates along with a host of manual skills to get the best results for her clients.
Anna graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2005 and her eclectic career reflects her passion for a diverse and interesting life. Her career has so far spanned Public and Private health sectors from the tropics of the Northern Territory, busy Sydney and London clinics, community programs in Edinburgh and her own sports focused physio start up in the French and Swiss Alps. She recently took a year out to Cycle Tour from Alaska to Costa Rica and can’t recommend mad adventures highly enough.
Very at home in the Northern Beaches of the Illawarra, you’ll find Anna on her local surf break, at the doggy beach, or working a sweat up in the gym… generally with a good coffee or quality craft beer within reach.
